Made-to-Order Products

At Krispy Wheelz, every product is made with care and precision using on-demand production. This means all items are produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, certain return and refund conditions apply.

No Returns for Change of Mind

All products in our store are made to order. Many items are customized or tailored to your specific choices (such as color, size, design, or text).
Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size

  • Incorrect ordering

This is allowed under EU consumer law for custom-made or personalized products (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).

Issues with Your Order

We want you to be completely satisfied. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via info@krispywheelz.com in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error that differs from your order

Please include:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and any damage or incorrect print

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement product or issue a refund if appropriate.

Returns (if applicable)

In rare cases, we may ask you to return the item.
Returns are only accepted if authorized in advance by our customer service team.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

If your refund is approved (for example, in the case of damage or production error), it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

EU Orders (Non-Customized Products)

For non-customized (standard) products, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

This right does not apply to customized or made-to-order items.
