These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the website and services offered by Krispy Wheelz through our webshop, including the sale of products produced via an on-demand process.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Production Process and Orders

1.1 All our products are produced on demand, which means each product is only made after an order is placed.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the production terms, including any delivery times, which may vary due to production or shipping.
1.3 The customer is responsible for correctly providing product options (such as size, color, design) and shipping details. We are not liable for mistakes in this information.


2. Customization & Personalization

2.1 Many of our products are customized or personalized based on your choices. These products fall under the EU exception for the right of withdrawal for custom-made goods.
2.2 Once an order has been placed and production has started, it can no longer be changed, canceled, or returned, unless there is a production error or defect (see Article 5).


3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices on our website are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments are processed through secure payment methods. Orders will only be processed after successful receipt of payment.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed and paid for.


4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Since our products are made to order, production time may take 3–5 business days, excluding shipping time.
4.2 Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.
4.3 We are not liable for loss or damage during transport, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.


5. Returns, Defects, and Refunds

5.1 Returns are only possible in cases of defects, damage, or production/printing errors. In such cases, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@krispywheelz.com
5.2 We ask for photos and a clear description of the issue. After evaluation, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse returns if the issue is not due to production or shipping errors.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on our website — including designs, images, texts, and logos — is owned by Krispy Wheelz or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
6.2 It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or use material from our website for commercial purposes without written permission.


7. Liability

7.1 We are not liable for any indirect damage, consequential loss, or data loss, unless required by law.
7.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.


8. Applicable Law and Disputes

8.1 These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
8.2 In case of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably. If this fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.


9. Changes to the Terms

9.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version is always available on our website.
9.2 For material changes, we will notify users by email or a notice on the website.
