Delivery Time

All orders are produced via print-on-demand and shipped via DHL. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Please note that during busy periods, holidays, or due to unexpected delays, delivery may take slightly longer, both within the Netherlands and across Europe.

*Orders are processed and shipped on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: €4.95 per order
    Free shipping on orders over €50

  • Europe (outside the Netherlands): €15 per order
    Minimum order value for Europe: €100

Shipping to other countries in Europe is currently unavailable.

Currently, we do not ship outside of Europe, but this may change in the future.


Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped via DHL, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package until delivery.


Packaging & Damage

Orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Please check your order upon receipt. Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours via info@krispywheelz.com


Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be resent.
